This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and transfers are handled by Son of a Cookie ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, booking an event, or registering for a class, you agree to the terms below.

1. Custom Cookie Orders

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date for all custom cookie orders.

Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 1 month before the event date: You will receive a 100% refund of your deposit.

• Between 1 month and 2 weeks before the event date: You will receive 50% of your deposit refunded.

• Less than 2 weeks before the event date: No portion of the deposit will be refunded.

The remaining balance (if applicable) will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on production status.

 

2. Cookie Decorating Classes

All cookie decorating class registrations are non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be issued if Son of a Cookie cancels the class due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If we cancel a class, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class.

• Class spots may be transferred to another person but may not be refunded.

3. Private Events

Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 1 month before the scheduled event: You may request a full refund.

• Less than 1 month before the scheduled event: No refunds will be issued.

If Son of a Cookie must cancel a private event due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, when possible.

4. Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event that Son of a Cookie must cancel an order, class, or event due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to illness, emergencies, or severe weather), customers will be notified as soon as possible and issued an appropriate refund or rescheduling option.
